The project comprises construction of residential entry ramp, residential exit ramp and service tunnel to provide access for vehicles from at grade roads to the basement of Fountain View Tunnel at Downtown Dubai.

Apart from this, extensive utilities such as construction of pipelines, manholes, ducts, street lighting, power cables, pump stations for various statutory authorities such as DEWA, DM, Etisalat/Du and RTA were carried out under this project.
