Dutco Construction Group (DBB and DCC) applies a delivery-driven approach to ESG, embedded directly within how projects are planned, managed, and executed. 

Rather than operating as a standalone function, ESG is integrated into core delivery disciplines, including site operations, workforce management, environmental control, and governance oversight, ensuring consistency across all project environments. 

Across DBB and DCC, performance is defined by operational discipline, system control, and accountability, supported by certified management systems, structured processes, and measurable performance tracking. 

ESG is applied at every stage of project delivery, from mobilisation through to completion, including: 

  • Controlled safety systems and workforce management 
  • Practical environmental controls aligned to project conditions 
  • Defined governance frameworks and reporting structures 
  • Integration of ESG requirements across supply chain and partners

Environmental Management 

Environmental impact is managed through site-level controls, material selection, and resource management, adapted to project conditions and aligned with UAE Net Zero by 2050 Strategic Initiative. 

Social Responsibility 

Workforce safety, welfare, and working conditions are managed through structured systems and continuous engagement, supporting consistent standards across all operations. 

Governance and Compliance 

Operations are supported by defined governance frameworks, policies, and oversight, ensuring accountability, compliance, and consistent decision-making across projects and supply chain.

Catering Green Building Projects

Across Dutco Construction Group, projects are delivered in accordance with recognised green building frameworks, including Al Sa’fat, Trakhees, BREEAM, LEED, and Estidama. 
These frameworks are applied as part of project delivery requirements, informing design coordination, material selection, and sustainability performance, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and client specifications. 

 

DCG ESG Committee (2025-2026)

The DCG ESG Committee provides structured oversight of ESG performance across DBB and DCC, ensuring alignment between strategy, operations, and delivery. Through cross-functional representation and direct reporting to leadership, the Committee ensures ESG requirements are monitored, implemented, and consistently applied across projects and business functions.

DBB and DCC operate under a certified Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, forming the foundation for operational control across all activities. These systems define how projects are planned, risks are assessed, and performance is monitored, ensuring consistency in quality, environmental management, and health and safety. Compliance is maintained through regular audits, management reviews, and independent certification, supporting alignment with regulatory, project, and client requirements.
