The project comprises the construction of residential tower involving 4 Nos. Basement floors and 57 floors. The residential tower is 220 meters high and is situated right on the waterfront of Dubai Marina. The project consists of 1,2 & 3 Bedroom apartments (including a number of two level designs) with penthouses. The building is founded on a 3 meter high raft slab with 7500 M3 of concrete and 1000 Tones of rebar. This pour was completed in a single non-stop operation. The project is encased in precast concrete cladding and aluminum curtain wall.
